Recipe makes 6 Servings

6 Tbsp avocado oil
1 ciabatta bread, whole loaf sliced
9 Oz Jarlsberg cheese, sliced
1/2 cup(s) Parmigiano Reggiano 24 Month, shredded
2 Tbsp H-E-B Pepper Toppers Jalapeno Cilantro & Lime
1 Tbsp basil, finely chopped
1/4 cup(s) spinach and arugula with herbs blend, chopped and packed into cup for measuring

Instructions

Place a skillet over medium heat.

While skillet is heating up, brush avocado oil on one side of each piece of bread.

Shred cheeses together in a bowl. Stir in pepper topper, basil and spinach.

Mound cheese mixture on side of bread without oil and fit together to form sandwiches.

Toast bread lightly on both sides in skillet until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted.
