5 ears of corn, in husks
1/4 cup(s) Williams Food Co. Rib Tickler Rub
12 Oz H‑E‑B Organics Italian Salad Dressing

Instructions

Preheat a smoker to 250°F.

Soak corn in water 1 hour.

Peel back husks, not off, and remove silk.

Season corn with rib tickler and cover corn with husks. Tie ends of corn with twine, if necessary.

Smoke corn an hour then remove and peel husks.

Coat corn with dressing then cover corn back with husks. Place corn directly over heat and cook an additional 10 minutes.
