6 Oz H-E-B Premium Chicken Breast Chunks, drained
1/4 Large Hass avocado, thin sliced
2 Tbsp Easy Fajita Seasoned Vinaigrette, see recipe
2 red onion, rings separated
1/2 cup(s) tomato, chopped
2 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
1 Tbsp jalapeño pepper, chopped
2 cup(s) iceberg lettuce, chopped

Instructions

Layer the chicken chunks, avocado slices, fajita vinaigrette, red onion, tomato, cilantro, jalapeño and shredded lettuce on a plate. Cover the plate with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve. Toss the salad before serving.
