Shrimp with Grapefruit Glaze

2 H-E-B Peeled Garlic, minced
1/4 cup(s) large grapefruit, juiced, reserve 1 tsp zest
1 Tbsp H-E-B Select Ingredients Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Hill Country Fare Honey
1/2 Tsp H-E-B Kosher Salt
1/4 Tsp H-E-B Pure Ground Black Pepper
1 Lb H-E-B Gulf Jumbo Shrimp, peeled and deveined
12 GTC Wooden Skewers, 100 ct., soaked for 30 minutes in water

Instructions

In a small bowl, combine garlic, grapefruit juice, grapefruit zest, olive oil, honey, salt and pepper.

Add shrimp to marinade, stirring well to coat; marinate 20 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes.

Thread shrimp onto wooden skewers, then grill over a medium-high fire until done, 2-3 minutes per side; brush each side with glaze while grilling.

In a small sauce pan, bring remaining glaze to boil1 minute, remove from heat and pour over shrimp skewers.
