1 jar Cookwell & Company Tortilla Soup
2 cup(s) Central Market Organics Chicken Broth
1 12 oz container pico de gallo
1 cup(s) heavy cream
8 Oz frozen small shrimp (cooked)
1/2 Lb jumbo lump crab meat
1/4 cup(s) fresh cilantro, finely chopped
1 small avocado, cubed
1 cup(s) tortilla chips, coarsely crushed

Instructions

Pour soup, broth and pico de gallo into a 6-quart pot. Bring mixture to a simmer over medium high heat. Add cream and reduce heat to medium and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring often.

Add shrimp, crab and cilantro and simmer for 5 minutes just to heat through.

Serve soup in bowls topped with avocado cubes and tortilla chips.
