Ingredients

Recipe makes 6 Servings

13 Oz crust less white bread, 6 slices or as needed for each sandwich
7 Oz marshmallow creme, as needed, approximately 2 oz. per sandwich
8 Oz no sugar added almond butter, approximately 2 to 3 ounces per sandwich or as needed
1 cup(s) milk chocolate chips, or as needed
4 Tbsp unsalted butter, softened at room temperature, as needed for bread

Instructions

Set a griddle or large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.

To assemble each sandwich, spread a liberal amount of marshmallow fluff on one slice of bread and almond butter on a second slice.

Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over marshmallow fluff. Place second slice of bread almond butter-side down on top and press together. Repeat process for each additional sandwich.

Brush top and bottom of each assembled sandwich with soft butter and cook for approximately 3 to 5 minutes per side until chocolate and marshmallow are nicely melted and bread is golden brown.

Allow to cool slightly before cutting and serving.
