Quick Chocolate Brownie Cake

16 Oz triple fudge brownie mix
2 large eggs
8 Oz dessert topping, thawed in fridge
1/2 cup(s) cocoa powder

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly coat a 9-inch round metal pan with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.

In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine brownie mix, eggs, dessert topping and cocoa. Mix on medium speed for about 3 minutes or until fully incorporated.

Pour into prepared baking pan and bake about 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean or with crumbles.

While brownie cake bakes, prepare your favorite icing like buttercream, ganache or thaw additional dessert topping.

Cool cake completely before icing.
