Ingredients

Recipe makes 4 Servings

1 Tbsp olive oil
7 Oz diced onion and bell pepper mix, (or about 1/2 cup of each)
1 Lb boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into small pieces
1 Tsp H-E-B Texas Originals Chicken Fajita Seasoning
10 1/2 Oz H-E-B Select Ingredients Chicken Queso Blanco Condensed Soup
1 1/4 cup(s) milk

Instructions

Place a soup pot over medium heat. Add oil, and onion and bell pepper mix then stir and cook for 3 minutes - just to soften vegetables a little.

Add chicken and seasoning to pan. Stir an cook for 4 to 5 minutes more until chicken is cooked through.

Stir in soup and milk, mixing well. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, just to heat through.

Chef's Note: Serve topped with garnishes to suit your taste, such as avocado, fresh cilantro and tortilla strips.
