1 Lb spicy Italian sausage, crumbled
1 H-E-B Midtown Pizza Crust, thawed
1/3 cup(s) Cosi Comme Pumpkin Cream
1 1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Fancy Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
2 cup(s) Central Market Organic Arugula
1/2 cup(s) Pecorino Romano Cheese, grated or shredded

Preheat oven to 400°F.

In a sauté pan over medium heat, cook sausage until just crispy. Remove from heat and reserve fat.

Place crust on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper and brush about a tablespoon of rendered fat evenly over crust.

Spread an even layer of the pumpkin cream followed by mozzarella cheese, and sausage. Top with arugula and Pecorino Romano cheese.

Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until crust is crispy and cheese is melted. Allow to cool before serving.
