Pumpkin Pizza with Buttered Apples and Whipped Cream Cheese

1 H-E-B Midtown Pizza Crust
1 Tbsp unsalted butter
2 Fuji apples, cored and sliced thinly
8 Oz H-E-B Cream Cheese, softened at room temperature
2 Oz H-E-B Sweet Cream Butter, softened at room temperature
1 Tsp Nielsen-Massey Vanilla Bean Paste
1/3 cup(s) powdered sugar
1/3 cup(s) HEB Organic Pumpkin
1/3 cup(s) roasted pistachios, crushed or chopped

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Place crust on oven rack and cook until just crispy. Transfer to counter to cool.

In a non-stick skillet, add butter and sauté apples 8 to 10 minutes or until just soft and starting to brown. Remove from heat and cool slightly while making frosting.

In a stand mixer combine cream cheese, butter, vanilla bean and powdered sugar. Remove to a bowl and gently fold in the pumpkin until blended.

Spread an even layer of pumpkin frosting over crust and top with apples and garnish with pistachios.
