2/3 cup(s) Hill Country Fare Solid Pack Pumpkin
1/2 Tsp MCcormick Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/3 cup(s) Hill Country Fare Pecan Halves, chopped
24 Oz Hill Country Fare Original Syrup
8 Oz Hill Country Fare Whipped Topping

Instructions

Combine pancake mix, solid pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, pecans and 1 1/4 cup water in a large mixing bowl. Stir pancake batter until smooth.

Heat an electric pancake griddle or a large skillet over medium high heat for 3 minutes. Spray the griddle or pan with nonstick cooking spray. Pour 1/4 cup pancake batter for each pancake. Cook pancakes for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes per side. Turn pancakes over only once.

Top pancakes with syrup and a spoonful of whipped topping.
