Recipe makes 27 Servings

16 Oz 100% pure pumpkin
1/2 cup(s) cane sugar
2/3 cup(s) vegetable oil
2 Tsp pure vanilla extract
4 large eggs
3 cup(s) all purpose flour
2 Tsp baking soda
1 Tsp salt
1 Tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 Tsp ground cloves
1/2 Tsp baking powder
1/2 cup(s) chopped nuts

Instructions

Grease bottoms only of 2 medium-sized loaf pans.

Preheat oven to 350˚F.

Mix pumpkin, sugar, oil, vanilla, and eggs in large bowl.

Stir in remaining ingredients and pour into pans.

Bake 50-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Cool 10 minutes in pans on wire rack.

Remove from pans and return to rack until completely cooled.
