1 Lb H-E-B Pork Fajitas, uncooked
2 cup(s) broccoli crowns, cut into small pieces
1 red bell pepper, seeds & stems removed
1 celery, sliced diagonally
1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
1/2 cup(s) Soy Vay Island Teriyaki Sauce
1 cup(s) H-E-B Chicken Broth
2 Tsp Hill Country Fare Corn Starch

Instructions

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook fajitas 2-3 minutes per side.

Reduce heat to medium-low, cover skillet partially and cook 5 minutes longer until juices run clear or until internal temperature of pork reaches 150°F.

Combine chicken broth and cornstarch; set mixture aside.

Remove pork to a plate and set aside. Add oil to same skillet; sauté broccoli 2 minutes.

Add bell pepper and celery; cook 2-3 minutes longer or until vegetables are crisp and tender.

Add sauce and broth mixture; heat and stir to blend and thicken. Remove skillet from heat and set aside.

Slice pork diagonally into thin slices. Add pork to skillet with vegetables. Stir and serve while hot.
