16 Oz H-E-B Steamable Rice with Corn & Poblano
1/3 cup(s) Mexican crema
4 Tbsp H-E-B Pepper Toppers Jalapeño, Cilantro & Lime
1/4 cup(s) fresh cilantro, finely chopped
12 angel sweet or cherry tomatoes, cut in half
4 whole tilapia fillet
1 Tsp Mi Tienda All Purpose Seasoning
1 small lime, sliced

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Cook rice according to package directions. Empty rice into bowl and add crema, pepper toppers and cilantro. Stir well to combine.

Tear off 4 pieces of aluminum foil, large enough to enclose tilapia. Place on a flat work surface.

Divide rice equally between pieces of foil and top with tomatoes. Carefully place 1 uncooked fish filet on top. Sprinkle with seasoning and lay lime slices flat on top of fish filets.

Completely seal foil around fish, tightly closing seam on top and gently place in a 9" X 13" glass cooking pan. Cook for 15 minutes. Remove from oven. Using tongs, carefully place a foil packet on each individual plate. Be careful of steam when opening packet.
