6 Oz Sach The Original Organic Paneer Cheese
12 Oz H-E-B Original Thick Cut Bacon
6 whole jalapeños, stems and seeds removed

Instructions

Preheat a charcoal grill to 400ºF.

While grill heats, cut paneer into 10 thin slices.

Cut jalapeños in half lengthwise. To build poppers, add a slice of cheese to each jalapeño then wrap with bacon.

When grill is ready, add poppers and cook about 12 minutes, rotating and flipping every 1 to 2 minutes until bacon is slightly crispy.

Remove poppers from grill and serve hot.
