2 H-E-B Prime 1 Beef New York Strip Steak Boneless, USDA Prime, about 12 ounces each
1 Tsp Morton Kosher Salt
1 Tsp H-E-B Black Pepper Grinder

Instructions

Place a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.

While pan heats, generously season steak with salt and pepper.

Add steaks to hot, dry skillet and sear on all sides for 2 to 3 minutes per side. Remove from pan and rest for 10 minutes.

Serve with Maitre d' Hotel butter or cracked pepper Bearnaise sauce.
