1 Pt Swoon Cherry Pistachio Ice Cream
1/3 cup(s) heavy whipping cream
4 H-E-B Strawberry Filled Pastry Tart, broken into bit sized pieces

Instructions

In a microwave safe bowl, add 1 pint swoon ice cream and melt in 20 second bursts, until ice cream is fully melted but not hot.

Add heavy cream to melted ice cream and whisk to combine, set aside. In a 1.5 quart loaf pan add pieces of toaster pastry to fill evenly.

Pour melted cream mixture evenly over toaster pastry, press gently to ensure pastry can soak up all liquid.

Cover with plastic wrap refrigerate overnight or at least 8 hours.

To serve simply scoop out a little into a bowl, garnish with whipped cream and nuts if desired.
