Oven Roasted Butternut Squash

1 Butternut Squash
2 Tbsp Central Market Chili Flavored Olive Oil
1 Tsp Ground Cumin
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 cup(s) Honey
1/8 Tsp Salt

Instructions

Heat oven to 400°F.

Line a baking sheet with foil and set aside.

Wash squash, peel and cut in half lengthwise. Remove seeds and cut into 1 inch thick pieces.

Coat squash pieces with flavored olive oil and sprinkle with cumin and garlic powder.

Place on prepared baking sheet and roast on center oven rack for 30-45 minutes or until tender.

Serve roasted squash with a drizzle of honey and season with salt.
