1 Tsp Hill Country Fare Canola Oil No-Stick Cooking Spray
8 XL Vine Ripe Tomato, cut into thick slices
1/4 cup(s) olive oil
1 Tsp salt
1/4 Tsp H-E-B Pure Ground Black Pepper
1 Tsp H-E-B Pure Cane Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
2 Tsp H-E-B Organics Thyme

Instructions

Preheat oven to 250°F.

Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.

Arrange tomatoes on prepared baking sheet.

Brush tomatoes with olive oil.

Sprinkle with salt, pepper, sugar and thyme.

Bake 2 hours then, turn oven to "warm" setting and leave overnight.

Remove from oven and place tomatoes in sealed plastic container with wax paper between layers.
