6 eggs, large
1/2 cup(s) frozen concentrate orange juice
8 Oz vanilla yogurt
8 swirl raisin cinnamon bread, slices
1 cooking spray butter
1/4 cup(s) powdered sugar

Instructions

Combine eggs, orange juice concentrate and vanilla yogurt in a mixing bowl.

Beat mixture with an electric mixer for 1 minute on high speed then pour into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.

Arrange bread in two layers in the mixture and allow the bread to soak in egg mixture.

Coat a large skillet or griddle with cooking spray and heat on medium-high heat for 3 minutes.

Cook 3-4 slices of toast at a time for 2 minutes per side.

Place toast on a platter and sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
