Norwegian Style Lemon Butter Sauce

4 Oz Plugra Extra Creamy Unsalted Butter
1/3 cup(s) H-E-B Heavy Whipping Cream
1 Tbsp H-E-B Dijon Mustard
1/3 cup(s) fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/4 cup(s) fresh parsley, chopped fine
1 Tbsp Patty's Herbs Chives, minced
2 Tbsp H-E-B Organics Dill, chopped fine

Instructions

Set a medium-sized sauté pan over medium heat.

Add butter and allow to melt and get bubbly before adding cream and mustard. Whisk until sauce thickens slightly, approximately 4 to 8 minutes.

Whisk in lemon juice and continue to cook until sauce emulsifies and just thickens enough to coat the back of a spoon, about 6 to 10 minutes.

Turn off heat and stir in chopped parsley, chives and dill. Season to taste with salt and pepper as needed.

Chef's Note: This sauce is great on Halibut, cod loin, salmon and shrimp.
