8 4/5 Oz H-E-B Tandoori Naan Whole Grain
4 Tbsp Robert's Reserve Hatch Pepper & Onion Relish
4 Oz H-E-B NY Extra Sharp Cheddar Bar, shredded

Place pan over medium heat.

Add butter and melt, tilt to coat.

Meanwhile, cut each piece of naan bread in half, spread relish on one side of two slices of bread.

Cut each piece of naan bread in half.

Top with cheese, and other piece of bread.

Spread relish on both breads, on one side only.

Place the sandwich in the pan and let cook for 2 minutes per side.

Top with cheese, and other piece of bread.

Place the sandwich on butered pan with a heavy cast iron skillet on top, or any heavy pan on top.
