1 Lb live black mussels
1 Tsp canola oil
1 Tbsp garlic, chopped
2 thyme sprigs
1 cup(s) H‑E‑B Ode to Olives Stuffed Manzanilla Green Olives, whole
1 cup(s) Chardonnay

Instructions

Heat a large skillet to medium-high.

While skillet is heating, add mussels to clean, cold water and rinse for 2 to 3 minutes.

Add oil to hot skillet and immediately add garlic and thyme sprigs.

Strain mussels then add to skillet and toss.

Add olives and Chardonnay. Turn heat to high, cover and cook for 5 to 6 minutes or until mussels have completely opened. Enjoy!
