8 Oz avocado, peeled, cored and diced
1 lime, juiced
15 Oz Melon Medley Spears, cut into bite-sized pieces
5 Oz baby spinach
7 Oz red onions, sliced
1/3 cup(s) Caesar salad dressing

Instructions

Dip avocado pieces in lime juice to prevent browning. Drain and set aside.

Layer the melon, avocados, spinach and onion rings in a large salad platter.
