1 1/2 Lb Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled, quartered & rinsed
1 1/2 Lb russet potatoes, peeled, quartered & rinsed
3 Tbsp The Real Co. Fine Grain Himalayan Pink Rock Salt
3 Tbsp H-E-B Unsalted Butter
.3000 cup(s) H-E-B Whole Milk
6 Tbsp Fischer & Wieser Four Star Provisions Onion Blossom Horseradish dip
1/4 cup(s) H-E-B French Fried Onions
3 Tbsp Fresh Chives, finely chopped

Instructions

In a large stock pot add quartered & peeled potatoes, The Real Co. Pink Himalayan salt and fill with cold water to cover potatoes.

Bring large stock pot to a boil on high and then turn down to a simmer and cook for 12 minutes.

While potatoes are cooking, in a medium sauce pan on low heat combine H-E-B unsalted butter, H-E-B whole milk & Fisher & Wieser Four Star Provisions Onion Blossom Horseradish dip. Keep medium sauce pan on low heat till butter is melted and then remove from heat.

Once your potatoes are cooked, drain all the liquid from them.

Mash your potatoes, you can use a hand mixer if you prefer a smoother texture.

Once mashed, mix in onion blossom mixture.

When ready to serve, garnish with crispy onions and chives.
