1 Lb H-E-B Beef Fajitas
1 Tbsp Brisket Rub, variety of your choice
1 cup(s) Texas on the Plate Soppin' Sauce
4 Tbsp H-E-B Flour Tortillas
4 Tbsp H-E-B Medium Pico De Gallo
4 Tbsp H-E-B Guacamole
4 Tbsp H-E-B Cheddar Shredded Cheese

Instructions

Drizzle Pecos 83 Marinade over skirt steaks. Let stand 15 or 20 minutes.

Season steaks with Adams Reserve Rub.

Grill fajitas according to time and temperature directions on packaging.

Cook to desired degree of doneness; brush with Soppin' Sauce after turning to second side and again after removing from grill.

Slice steaks thinly, across the grain.

Serve in hot flour tortillas topped with pico de gallo, guacamole and cheese.
