Maple Bacon Apple Pie

1/3 cup(s) H-E-B Maple and Brown Sugar with Bacon Oatmeal, 2 packages
1/4 cup(s) brown sugar
1/4 cup(s) whole wheat flour
4 Tbsp unsalted butter
1 refrigerated pie crust
21 Oz apple pie filling

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In medium bowl add oatmeal packs, brown sugar, and flour. Stir to combine.

Cut butter into small chunks and add to oatmeal mixture. Using you hands or a fork cut butter into mixture until crumbly.

Unroll pie crust and place into 9 inch pie pan. Trim edges with knife and use fork and press edges of crust to crimp.

Pour apple pie filling into crust and spread evenly with spatula or back of spoon.

Cover filling with an even layer of the oatmeal streusel topping.

Place on middle rack in oven and bake for 45 to 50 minutes until filling is bubbling at edge of crust. Serve warm.
