16 Oz baking potato
32 Oz Central Market Organics Vegetarian Vegetable Broth
26 Oz Central Market Organics Primavera Pasta Sauce
12 Oz Sockeye Salmon fillets, (1 fillet per recipe) thawed
12 Oz Atlantic Cod fillets, (1 fillet per recipe) thawed
16 Oz large shrimp, (12 shrimp peeled, deveined, and split)
2 Tsp H-E-B Sea Salt
1/2 Tsp H-E-B Cayenne Pepper
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Heavy Whipping Cream
1/2 cup(s) Hill Country Fare Oyster Crackers

Instructions

Place a damp cloth over potatoes and microwave for 7-10 minutes until soft and then dice.

In a four quart stockpot, add broth, pasta sauce and potatoes. Simmer over medium heat.

Remove fish from pouch, rinse and dice into chunks. Add fish and shrimp to pot; simmer for 10 minutes until fish is cooked.

Reduce heat to low; stir in salt, cayenne pepper and heavy whipping cream; simmer 10 more minutes.

Serve hot, garnish with oyster crackers.
