1 Tsp McCormick Gourmet Organic Cracked Black Pepper
2 Tbsp H‑E‑B Mayo Real Mayonnaise Squeeze Bottle
2 Tbsp Heinz Tomato Ketchup
1 Lb H‑E‑B 96% Lean Ground Beef Extra Lean Value Pack
4 slices Kraft Singles American Cheese
4 large H‑E‑B Grade AA Cage Free Large White Eggs
4 pretzel buns, sliced in half and toasted
1 cup(s) H‑E‑B Organics Baby Arugula
16 Mt. Olive Jalapeno Slices Fresh Pack
2 fresh Roma tomatoes, each cut into 4 slices

Instructions

Sprinkle bacon with black pepper, then cook as directed on package. Slice bacon in half and set aside. In a small bowl, combine mayo and ketchup to make mayochup. Set aside.

Set a large, heavy non-stick skillet over medium heat. Shape ground beef into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties. Cook 5 to 6 minutes on each side or to a minimum internal temperature of 160ºF. Top with cheese and cook until melted. Transfer to a plate and cover loosely. Carefully wipe skillet clean with a paper towel.

Place skillet over medium-low heat. Crack eggs 1 at a time into skillet, leaving space between each. Cover and cook 4 minutes or until whites are firm and yolks are cooked to desired doneness. Remove from heat.

Spread mayochup on cut sides of buns. Place arugula on bottom half of each bun followed by a cheeseburger, bacon, jalapeño peppers, tomato, egg, and French fries. Cover with top half of bun and serve.
