Recipe makes 12 Servings
12 Oz mandarin oranges, drained
1 cup(s) H-E-B Fat Free Half & Half
2 cup(s) H-E-B Fat Free Milk
1 1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Real Egg original
1/4 cup(s) Hill Country Fare Coconut Flakes
2 orange zested
2 Tbsp H-E-B Organic Light Brown Sugar

Heat oven to 325°F.

Spray a 13 x 9 baking dish with no stick spray.

Place mandarin oranges sections in a food processor or blender bowl and process for 10 seconds.

Add the fat free half & half, fat free milk, Real Egg and coconut to the orange sections and process for 15 seconds.

Pour custard mixture into the prepared baking dish and place inside a larger baking pan.

Fill outside baking pan halfway with water and place in center oven rack.

Bake flan for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center of the flan comes out clean.

Carefully, remove flan dish from hot water bath and cool on a rack. Chill thoroughly before serving.
