Ingredients

Recipe makes 17 Servings

8 Oz ground beef
2 Tbsp Beef Fajita Seasoning
8 Oz low fat Neufchatel Cream Cheese
8 Oz Light Sour Cream
15 Oz Bean and Bacon Dip
3 Oz Baby Spinach, finely chopped
1 1/2 cup(s) frozen Corn, thawed
12 Oz Medium Pico De Gallo

Heat a medium sized skillet on medium-high. Add ground beef and 1 tablespoon picante salt. Cook meat thoroughly until well browned, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.

Place cream cheese in a medium size microwave safe bowl. Microwave 30 seconds on high, or until softened.

Add remaining picante salt and sour cream. Using a hand mixer, beat until smooth and seasoning is completely mixed through.

Using a rubber scraper, spread cream cheese mixture in a thin layer over the serving platter.

Spoon bean dip on top of cream cheese layer, carefully spreading all the way to the edges.

Top bean dip layer with a layer of cooked beef followed by layers of chopped spinach, corn and pico de gallo.

Chill 1/2 and hour, or until ready to serve. Serve with tortilla chips if desired.
