2 Tsp fresh garlic, (about 3 large cloves) finely minced
1 Tsp onion powder
1/4 Tsp ground cloves, (or less)
1/4 cup(s) apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 Tsp sea salt
6 Oz tomato paste
2 Tsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp Tabasco sauce
3 Tbsp H-E-B Zero Calorie Monk Fruit Sweetener Pouch

Instructions

Add water, garlic, onion powder, cloves, vinegar and salt to a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat for about 2 to 4 minutes, just long enough to soften garlic completely and infuse flavors.

Whisk in tomato paste, Dijon mustard, Tabasco, and sweetener. Simmer for another 10 to 15 minutes, or until mixture is desired consistency.
