Recipe makes 6 Servings

12 Oz white flatbread, as needed
1/4 cup(s) Sacla Squeeze Chili Pesto, as needed
16 Oz Galbani Mozzarella Fresca, thinly sliced as needed
4 Oz sliced Genoa salami, as needed
3 Oz H-E-B Delicatessen Sliced Sopressata, as needed
1 bunch of fresh basil, leaves roughly chopped

Instructions

Set a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Meanwhile assemble piadinas.

Place 2 pieces of flatbread on a cutting board. Smear each side with pesto, add mozzarella cheese to one flatbread followed by meats then basil leaves.

Place flatbread together and press to seal. Place into hot skillet and cook until cheese is bubbly and melting and flatbread is crispy and browned, approximately 4 to 6 minutes per side.

Allow to cool, cut into bite size pieces and serve with marinara or more pesto for dipping if desired.
