1 H-E-B Chicken Caldo Kit
1 Tbsp olive oil
32 Oz water, (4 cups)
1 Instant Pot Duo

Instructions

Set Instant Pot on "Sauté" setting.

Season chicken with 1 tablespoon of seasoning. Add oil and meat to pan. Brown meat lightly on all sides.

Add vegetables, water and remaining seasoning from packet. Stir well.

Seal pot. Reset pot on “Soup” setting and cook for 18 minutes. Pot may take 10 to 12 minutes to pressurize.

After cook time is complete, carefully release pressure through quick release valve. Break chicken into bite sized pieces and serve caldo in bowls.
