8 Oz jumbo lump crab meat
8 Oz H-E-B Cream Cheese, softened
1/3 cup(s) H-E-B Real Mayonnaise
1/4 cup(s) Rothschild Farm Toasted Garlic & Horseradish Dip
2 Tbsp lemon, juiced
1 cup(s) H-E-B Italian Blend Cheese
1/3 cup(s) Hill Country Fare Slivered Almonds, toasted, if desired
1/8 Tsp Adams Reserve Ground Cayenne Pepper, optional

Instructions

Heat oven to 350°F.

Spray a 1 1/2 quart casserole or gratin dish with non-stick spray.

Beat cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Rothschild dip, and 1 lemon juiced in a medium mixing bowl on medium speed until smooth.

Once smoothed, stir in crabmeat, cheese, almonds, and red pepper into the mixture.

Transfer mix to the prepared dish and bake 20 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly. Serve with crackers or toasted French baguette slices.
