2 Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry Sheets, prepared according to package instructions
3/4 cup(s) shredded colby jack cheese
4 slices of H-E-B Applewood Smoked Boneless Sliced Ham with Natural Juices, chopped

Instructions

Heat oven to 400°F. Place parchment paper on cookie sheet.

Place both prepared puff pastry sheets on lightly floured counter. Using cookie cutter, press out 12 bunny shapes and place 6 on parchment paper prepared cookie sheet. Set remaining 6 bunnies aside.

Sprinkle bunnies equally with cheese and chopped ham.

Top each bunny with second puff pastry bunny.

Bake hop tarts 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Optional: For extra shine, brush puff pastry with egg wash before baking.

Serve hop tarts with mini carrots or celery sticks.
