Honey Mustard Meatloaf

2 Lb ground beef
3/4 cup(s) sweet onion, very finely chopped
3/4 cup(s) H-E-B Honey Mustard Dip
1 1/4 cup(s) H-E-B Pretzels, crushed and divided use
1 Tsp kosher salt

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400ºF.

In a large bowl gently mix together beef, onions, dip and 1 cup of crushed pretzels.

Gently press meat into a loaf pan. Do not compact too tightly or meatloaf will be less tender when fully cooked.

Top with remaining pretzels.

Bake 45 minutes, or until internal temperature reads 165ºF on meat thermometer.

Allow to rest uncovered 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
