2 1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Baker's Scoop All Purpose Flour
3/4 cup(s) sugar
1 cup(s) light brown sugar
1 Tsp nutmeg
3/4 cup(s) canola oil
1 Tsp kosher salt
1/2 cup(s) walnuts
2 Tsp ground cinnamon
1 cup(s) buttermilk
1 Tsp baking soda
1 large egg
1 cup(s) powdered sugar

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix flour, sugar, brown sugar, nutmeg, oil and salt; mixture will be crumbly.

Put 3/4 of this mixture in another bowl; add nuts and cinnamon; set aside.

Add buttermilk, baking soda and egg to the remaining 1/4 mixture.

Mix well.

Place buttermilk mixture in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

Sprinkle crumbly mixture on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes, until browned and set.
