3 cup(s) leftover ham, cubed
2 Tbsp celery, small diced
2 Tbsp yellow onion, small diced
2 medium hard boiled eggs
1/2 Tsp H-E-B Texas Originals Cajun Seasoning Spice Blend
2 Tbsp H-E-B Sweet Pickle Relish
2 Tbsp yellow mustard
1/2 cup(s) mayonnaise
2 Tbsp green onions, green tops only, thinly sliced
12 H-E-B Bakery Sweet Aloha Rolls, separated and split horizontally

Instructions

Place ham, celery, yellow onions, hard boiled eggs, and Cajun seasoning in a food processor and pulse 10 to 15 times to chop and combine ingredients well. If a finer texture is desired, pulse an additional 5 to 10 times.

Add in sweet relish, mustard and mayonnaise and pulse 2 to 3 times to combine. Remove from food processor and stir well. Let rest 10 minutes covered.

Spoon equal amounts of ham salad on the bottom half of Aloha Rolls, garnish with green onions and add top half of rolls.
