Recipe makes 20 Servings

1 1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Baker's Scoop All Purpose Flour
2 1/2 Tsp H-E-B Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp salt
1/2 Tsp black pepper
6 Tbsp unsalted butter, chilled, cut into slices
2 Tbsp fresh chives, chopped
3 Tbsp fresh basil, chopped
3 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
1 Tbsp fresh mint, chopped
3/4 cup(s) low fat cultured 1% buttermilk
2 Tbsp H-E-B Real Egg

Instructions

Heat oven to 425°F.

Combine flour, baking powder, salt, pepper and butter chunks in a food processor bowl and pulse 4-5 times until texture is chunky. Add herbs and pulse once. Add buttermilk and pulse twice.

Transfer dough to lightly floured surface.

Lightly knead dough 1 minute and press into a circle with 7-inch diameter.

Use 2-inch biscuit cutter and cut out biscuits.

Press dough scraps together into a circle 1/2 inch thick, cut into additional biscuits.

Brush biscuits with Real Egg and bake 13 minutes or until golden.
