6 Oz Fresh Pork Light Sausage
1/2 cup(s) green onions, finely chopped
1 1/2 cup(s) fat free milk
2 cup(s) Mexican blend shredded cheese
1 1/2 cup(s) H-E-B That's Salsabout Texas
1/3 cup(s) cilantro, chopped

Instructions

Heat large oven-proof skillet over medium-high heat.

Add sausage to pan and sauté 12 to 15 minutes until fully cooked through and starting to brown.

Stir in onions and milk and simmer 2 to 3 minutes.

Add cheese, salsa and cilantro and simmer 5 more minutes.

Place skillet under broiler for 2 minutes to brown top.
