Ingredients

Recipe makes 3 Servings

3 whole wheat tortillas
1/2 cup(s) marinara sauce
1 cup(s) shredded fat-free mozzarella cheese
1 tomato, chopped
1 yellow squash, chopped
1/2 cup(s) red onion, chopped
3 H-E-B® Peeled Garlic, chopped
1/3 cup(s) basil, chopped
4 1/2 Oz sliced black olives, drained

Instructions

Heat the oven to 400°F.

Line a large baking sheet pan with foil and set aside.

Place the wheat tortillas directly on the center oven rack, poking tortillas with a fork so they don't blow up.

Bake for 5 minutes so tortillas get crisp like a pizza crust.

Spread 2 tablespoons of sauce on each crisp tortilla and place on prepared baking sheet.

Sprinkle 3 tablespoons of shredded cheese over each pizza.

Combine the chopped tomato, squash, onion, garlic, basil and black olives in a bowl and toss to mix well.

Sprinkle 1/3 of the mixture over each pizza.

Top each pizza with remaining cheese.

Bake pizzas on center oven rack 8 to 12 minutes or until cheese melts.
