Ground Chicken and Bok Choy Stir Fry

1 Tbsp canola oil
1 Lb ground chicken breast
1 green onions, chopped
2 Tsp ginger, grated
2 garlic, minced
1 Lb bok choy
2 Tsp soy sauce
1 Tsp sesame oil

Instructions

Place canola oil in a large wok or sauté pan over high heat. Add ground chicken and sauté until lightly browned.

Lower heat to medium-high and add green onion, ginger, and garlic and sauté 30 seconds.

Stir in bok choy and 1 tablespoon water, over and cook 2 minutes until bok choy is crisp-tender.

Add soy sauce and sesame oil and stir 30 seconds.
