Recipe makes 4 Servings

8 Oz Banza Chickpea Pasta
1 Tsp canola oil
8 Oz extra lean ground beef
1 celery, sliced
1 cup(s) matchstick carrots
1/2 cup(s) yellow onion, sliced
2 garlic cloves, sliced
2 Tsp Bragg Liquid Aminos
2 Tsp molasses full flavor
1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
1/4 cup(s) green onions

Instructions

Cook Banza noodles according to package directions.

Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium. Add beef and break it up into large pieces and brown well.

Move beef around periphery of pan creating crater or hole in middle of pan.

Add in vegetables and cook until onions are tender, then combine with beef.

Add in Bragg Liquid Aminos, molasses, vinegar and green onions. Add in noodles and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
