Recipe makes 6 Servings

6 peaches, halved, with seeds removed
1 Tsp cinnamon
1 no-stick cooking spray
3 cup(s) vanilla ice cream

Instructions

Prepare charcoal or gas grill for cooking (375°F).

Sprinkle cut side of each peach half with cinnamon. Place peaches on a baking sheet and spray each with nonstick spray.

Spray a vegetable grilling rack or basket with nonstick spray. Arrange peaches, cut side down on rack or basket.

Grill peaches for 3 minutes on each side. Place 2 peach halves on a plate and top with ice cream.
