Recipe makes 8 Servings

2 seasoned chicken breasts, thawed & sliced
1 cup(s) H-E-B Red Peppers, drained & sliced
4 green onions, chopped
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Specialty Series Bar-B-Que Sauce, any flavor
8 Oz H-E-B Colby Jack Shredded Cheese
6 H-E-B Homestyle Flour Tortillas

Instructions

Heat oven to 350°F.

Spray 2 large baking sheets with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.

Place 3 to 4 tortillas on each prepared baking sheet.

Combine sliced chicken, sliced peppers, chopped onions, barbecue sauce and shredded cheese in a large mixing bowl; toss to combine.

Spread 1/2 cup of chicken mixture on each flour tortilla.

Bake chicken appetizers for 8 to 10 minutes and cut into 6 to 8 wedges. Serve hot.
