Ingredients

Recipe makes 8 Servings

2 Tsp steak seasoning
2 Lb 93% ground beef
4 hamburger buns
8 iceberg lettuce, leaves separated
2 medium roma tomato, sliced thin
1 white onion, sliced thin

Instructions

Combine steak seasoning and ground beef in a large mixing bowl.

Portion seasoned ground beef into eight patties.

Place patties on a foil lined baking sheet and cover with plastic wrap. Keep refrigerated until ready to grill and grill hamburger patties the same day.

Heat charcoal or gas grill to 375°F.

Grill seasoned hamburger patties 5 minutes per side or until juices run clear and internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Place patties on hamburger buns and top with lettuce, tomato and onion.
