Grilled Bratwurst with Smoked Gouda

1 .2000 Lb H‑E‑B Fresh Bratwurst, 5 links
5 H‑E‑B Hot Dog Buns
1/4 Lb H‑E‑B Post Oak Smoked Gouda, about 10 slices
1 fresh Granny Smith apple, cored and sliced thin
2 1/2 Tbsp H‑E‑B Select Ingredients Spicy Brown Mustard
4 Oz H‑E‑B Organics Raw Sauerkraut

Instructions

Preheat grill to 450°F.

Once grill reaches temperature, add bratwursts and grill 10 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 170°F.

In the last 10 minutes of cooking time, place buns on grill and toast for about 3 minutes. Remove from grill and immediately place sliced cheese in bun so residual heat melts the cheese slightly.

Place grilled bratwurst on cheese and top with apples, mustard, and sauerkraut. Serve immediately.
