Grilled Bison Burgers With Harissa Aioli

2 Lb H-E-B Natural Ground Bison
1 Tsp Adams Reserve Just Right Burger Spice
1 cup(s) mayonnaise
2 Tbsp harissa
1/2 Tsp kosher salt
1 lime, juiced
2 cup(s) organic baby arugula

Instructions

Preheat grill to 350ºF.

Combine ground bison with seasoning until completely incorporated. Roll and flatten into desired burger size and allowing burgers to come to room temperature, about 15 minutes.

Make harissa aioli by blending mayonnaise, harissa paste and salt together with a whisk. Blend well then add lime juice and set aside.

Grill bison burgers 4 to 5 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 155ºF. Remove from grill and allow burgers to rest at least 10 minutes.

Assemble burger by placing patty on bun or lettuce wrap, then top with harissa aioli and arugula.
