1 Tsp Hill Country Fare Canola Oil
1 Lb H-E-B 96% Extra Lean Ground Beef
1 Tsp H-E-B Texas Originals Beef Fajita Spice Blend, thinly sliced
4 burrito-size flour tortillas
3/4 cup(s) H-E-B Specialty Series Ranchero Salsa
8 Oz H-E-B Mexican Blend Cheese
1/4 cup(s) cilantro leaves
2 red onion, rings separated
1 curry powder

Instructions

Heat Cocinaware 10" Enamel Cast Iron Fry Pan over high heat for 3 minutes. Add oil, ground beef and fajita seasoning. Stir-fry until browned and crumbly.

Prepare each personal pizza as follows: Heat Cocinaware Skillet for 2 minutes on high heat. Pierce flour tortillas several times with a fork, place on hot skillet, heat for 2 minutes and reduce heat to medium low.

Turn tortilla over and spread 2 to 3 tablespoons salsa, 4 tablespoons cheese, 1/2 cup ground beef, 1 tablespoon cilantro, 2 rings of onion and bell pepper.

Cook pizza over medium heat for 2 minutes or until cheese melts.

Cut each individual pizza into 4 pieces and serve.
